We provide direct physical recycling solution to our customers. We can handle consumer waste battery, manufacturer scrap, and disassembled battery cells. We use AI-powered screening and soring to ensure different feedstock is well recognized and handled in the proper way.

Direct recycling is a way to recover valuable and high-quality material such as cathode. it works especially well for the battery materials such as LFP. Also direct recycling produce minimum waste and environmental cost is reasonable as it is basically the physical seperation and regeneration process.

As we use AI-powered image sorting system (2D & 3D image combined), we are able to seperate the feedstock in high resolution for better economic result.

Service Included

  • Smart sorting and testing service included.
  • Unwinded battery cell will be seperated and shred into particle for further separation and processing.
  • Cathode Materials will be separated and purified.
  • Purified cathode material will be regenerated to battery grade material.
  • Additional physical process will be used to handle shredded consumer waste battery and manufacturer scrap. High-quality black mass will be produced from the additional process.
